American Racing Equipment, Inc., a Platinum Equity company, and Jr. Motorsports®
(Moorseville, North Carolina) announce an agreement to jointly design, develop
and release a Dale Earnhardt Jr® line of upscale aftermarket performance custom
wheels badged as "DEJ". Scheduled for an early 2007 release, the program will
feature
custom wheels for trucks, sport utility vehicles, and late model muscle cars
and performance passenger cars.
"The
DEJ wheel line will be cool," said Earnhardt, Jr.
The
Dale Earnhardt Jr® Series will feature DEJ® badging, and a lifetime structural
warranty. Initial product offerings will feature two truck and SUV styles, and
will be available in 17", 20", 22" and 24" sizes, and in various finishes
(glossy black, chrome and black chrome). A lifted truck style, with backspacing
for off-road suspensions, will be available in 17", 18" and 20" sizes, in
application-correct widths for larger all-terrain and mud-terrain tires. Two
styles, designed to fit late model muscle cars in 17", 18", 19" and 20" sizes,
will feature a variety of widths and offsets to meet the performance fitments. A
stylish chrome-plated passenger car design will be available in 18", 20", 22"
and 24" sizes, with special custom features.

Have you ever noticed the front of your truck sits a lot lower than
the back? Have you ever wondered how you could fit bigger wheels
and tires (say maybe 33" off-road wheels and tires or 22" or bigger
custom wheels) to give your truck the look you want it to have without
sacrificing the factory ride?
The Truxxx lift and level kit is the one you have been waiting for -
a lift that doesn't sacrifice the stock ride of your truck. These
kits are made to use as many OEM parts as possible and are designed with
the original manufacturer's drawings using the latest computerized
processes to ensure a perfect fit every time. Truxxx only uses the
finest steel in every one of their kits and every part is laser cut,
precision welded then powder coated - no cast parts, no plastic parts,
just the best parts produced right here in the U.S.A.
Most other lift kits are the drop-down bracket style. This
means the entire front suspension is removed from its OEM location and
remounted to a new complicated bracket that hangs down from the frame of
the truck. The Truxxx kit remounts the OEM spring of the truck in
such a way that the ride height of the truck is altered, but not the
ride. This method raises the front of the truck 2"-3.5" to give
the appearance of a lifted truck, but without the hassle or expense.
All of the Truxxx products
are made to an exacting standard, with modern 3-D computer aided design.
The kits are then manufactured with precision computer controlled laser
and plasma cutting equipment and welded to a precise tolerance. They use
the original computer drawings from the manufacturer as a base, and then
create our kits to fit perfectly with the OEM design.
Finally, each kit is tested
in several vehicles for fit and ease of installation. Truxxx works over
time to make sure that your installation goes smoothly – our
instructions are complete with color photos, tools required and
alignment specifications.
