Wheel Only Returns & Exchanges

Only wheels that have not been mounted, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 60 days may be returned.  There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00.  There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of mounted wheels.  Even wheels that were miss-boxed or are the wrong application will not be accepted for return or exchange if the wheel has been mounted.  You mount it - You own it. The installer MUST test fit each and every wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment.  The return form below must be accompanied with all returns and exchanges before credit is given.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  No restocking fee will be charged on Exchanges, but all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Custom Offset and Custom Made-To-Order Wheels and Special Order items cannot be cancelled or returned or exchanged.
 
Wheel and Tire Package Returns and Exchanges
Only wheel and tire packages that have not been run on the road, and were purchased in the last 60 days may be returned.  (Any rocks and pebbles in the tread or if the new tire stickers have been removed will be considered run on the road.) There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95.  There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the road.  Special order items and custom offset wheels may not be returned or exchanged.  Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded.  The return form below must be accompanied with all returns and exchanges before credit or exchange is made.  A 10% handling fee will be charged on Exchanges of tire and wheel packages.  Return shipping and additional mounting and balancing is the responsibility of the customer.
 
Cancellation Charges:
There will be a 5% charge on all orders cancelled before shipped.  Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and we may not be able to cancel the order.  Once the order has been shipped then full re-stocking and exchange policies will be in effect.

Shipping Damage:
Wheelsforless insures each package shipped.  Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive it.  In the event your merchandise is damaged notify Wheelsforless immediately and we will replace it at no charge. Once wheels have been mounted Wheelsforless will not be responsible for damaged wheels.

Defective Merchandise:
In the event you receive merchandise that is defective, place the product in its original package and notify Wheelsforless as soon as possible.  Wheelsforless will replace it at no charge.  If a defective item is received and then installed Wheelsforless will not be responsible for defective item.

 

IMPORTANT:  WHEELSFORLESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT.  VERIFICATION THAT ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS WHEELSFORLESS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR OR INCIDENTAL CHARGES, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO WARRANTY, DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE.
