This cap diameter is 3.27". Unfortunately we do not have a center cap that fits a 4.0" center hole.

Yes the 1327000 is the correct center4 cap for the American Racing Outlaw wheels that have 5x4.5, 5x4.75, and 5x5.0 bolt pattern.

No, the 1327000 is not made for six lug wheels. It is made to fit 5x4.5, 5x4.75, and 5x5.0 American Racing wheels with push through style caps.

No I'm sorry, but they do not. The current 200s wheels use an aluminum cap part number 3200103. Older 200s wheel that had a plastic center cap use part number 898005.
