What's the differences between the torque thrust d and the classic 2 ? Thanks

A:
The Torq Thrust D has a taller cap which is plastic compared to the shorter aluminum cap of the Classic Torq Thrust II. Probably the biggest difference besides the center cap is the step in the outer rim which is taller on the Torq Thrust D. That means on the same size rim the spokes are shorter on the D than the II.

A:
No, the Torq Thrust D does not use a washer. It is conical seat and uses a standard acorn bulge lug nut.

I Have on order 14x6 torque thrust d vn105, and 15x8 can I get silver or do I have to paint them, if so your recommendation how to achieve this, also how many inches from back of rim where it seats against hub to the farthest point of lip out to the fender

A:
The only way to get a Torq Thrust D with silver center is to take them to a local paint shop and have them painted. On the 14x6 from the point it touches the hub, the wheel will come outward toward the outer fender 3.58".

In 14" 6" is as narrow as they make. If you go to 15" you can get a 15x4.5.

No I'm sorry, but Torq Thrusts are made in 4 lug. The wheel would have to be a completely different looking 4 spoke wheel to be 4 lug.

The center cap is included, and you can purchase a lug kit at checkout. 14" wheels probably won't fit your disc brakes. We recommend using 15x6 with disc brakes.

Anthracite (Gray) Painted center with Machined Lip
American Racing Limited Warranty states that wheels manufactured by American Racing will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. American Racing further warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by American Racing will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Polished wheels are not covered by a finish warranty. Painted wheels have a one year finish warranty. Chrome plated aluminum wheels have a one year warranty against chrome peeling on the face of the wheel. Chrome pitting is a result of exposure to chemicals or salt and is not covered under this warranty. PVD Chrome wheels have a two year finish warranty. American Racing's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace wheel at American Racing's descretion. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal, installation or shipping charges. Wheel must be returned to Wheelsforless along with original receipt. In no event shall American Racing or Wheelsforless be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Only wheels that have not been mounted, are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 60 days may be returned. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of mounted wheels. Even wheels that were miss-boxed or are the wrong application will not be accepted for return or exchange if the wheel has been mounted. You mount it - You own it. The installer MUST test fit each and every wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. No restocking fee will be charged on Exchanges, but all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
