A: No, these will not fit the 4x4. They are only made for the 2WD.

A: No I'm sorry, the center hole is not large enough to go over the hub on the 1990 Ford F150. This wheel fits the Ford pickups from the 60's and '70's.

A: Unfortunately the Torq Thrust Original does not fit the 1991 Dodge D150. Although the bolt pattern is correct, the center of the wheel is not large enough to fit all the way over the hub on the Dodge.
