Only wheel and tire packages that have not been run on the road, and were purchased in the last 60 days may be returned. (Any rocks and pebbles in the tread or if the new tire stickers have been removed will be considered run on the road.)
Exchanges are charged a 10% handling fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Direct returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the road.
