Torq Thrust Original 15x7 5x4.75 Package

Question

Q: What is the difference between the Orig Torq Thrust and the Torq Thrust D? I'm planning on buying a complete set for my orig '67 L79 Corvette Coupe. The orig Ralley wheels are 15x7 and I want to keep that size. Thanks! CW in Montana

Q: I have a 1963 impala and have F70-14 on front, and G60-14 on rears. Wanted to know if these 225/70R15 would fit on rear and is it possible to get 215/70R15 on front for tire and rim set.I think there about the same size except rims? I see there listed for chevy impalas but just wanted too check. Just not sure because the old and new tire sizes numbers are so different. Thanks Kim

A: The Torq Thrust Original has a lighter silver finish than the Torq Thrust D which has a darker gray finish. Also the Torq Thrust Original has a more triangular spoke than the Torq Thrust D which has a more rounded spoke.

A: Yes this package would work on your vehicle, just make sure to chose a tire option that is no larger than 26.5" tall.

A: This wheel package comes complete with lug nuts, center caps, and chrome sleeve valve stems. Wheel and tire package includes four wheels, four tires, mounting, and balancing. Just click the drop down box to choose your tire option.

The Torq Thrust Original isn't available in a darker finish. This is a 15x7 wheel. Click on the Tire Options box to see available tires. IF you want a darker gray then you might take a look at the Torq Thrust D or the Classic Torq Thrust II.

A: The wheels fit correctly, but those tire sizes are too tall. Use a 215/65R15 front and 235/60R15 rear.

A: The original with the straight spoke design does not clear the brakes on the S10.

A: No I'm sorry, but this version of the Torq Thrust is not made in 18" or 20" sizes.

A: Because of the four piston brake option you have we would not recommend using the Torq Thrust Original which has limited brake clearance. We suggest using the Torq Thrust D or Torq Thrust II instead.
